2017 Track and Field
Indoor: Competed in five meets… Posted a time of 2:29.19 in the 800-meter run, finishing 17^th and helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a second place finish in 3:56.62 at the Missouri Invitational (Jan. 20)… Collected a third-place finish in the 400-meter dash after crossing the finish line in 56.52 and an eighth-place finish in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.69 at the Arkansas State Invitational (Jan. 26-27)… Turned in a time of 57.19 in the 400-meter dash, finishing 17^th overall, and worked with the 4x400-meter relay team to post a time of 3:51.84, good for 11^th overall, at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (Feb. 3-4)… At the Gorilla Classic (Feb. 10-11), finished seventh with a time of 56.62 in the 400-meter dash and seventh with the 4x400-meter relay team in 3:51.84… Posted a time of 56.37 in the 400-meter dash prelims at the MVC Indoor Championships to advanced to the finals, where she finished second in the in the event with a time of 55.71…Just missed out on competing in the 200-meter dash finals after turning in an 11th-place time of 25.27 and helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a seventh-place time of 3:51.37.
 
Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season with a first-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:01.73 at the Mississippi State Bulldog Relays… Also at the Bulldog Relays (March 17-18), helped the 4x100-meter relay team to a fourth-place time of 47.34 and a second place finish with the 4x200-meter time of 1:37.20… Finished the 400-meter dash with a sixth-placed time of 56.04 at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (March 25)… At the Texas Relays (March 30-April 1), posted a time of 59.92 to finish 19^th in the 400-meter hurdles while helping the 4x800-meter relay post a new school record time of 9:07.94, and ran a leg in the 4x400-meter relay turning in a time of 3:46.59… At Tom Botts Invitational (April 14-15), crossed the finish line in 55.52 to finish third in the 400-meter dash and posted a time of 24.68 in the 200-meter dash… Tabbed a fourth-place finish in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 1:01.02 and in the 4x400-meter relay (3:49.51) at Oklahoma’s John Jacobs Invitational (April 21-22)… Posted a sub-minute time in the 400-meter hurdles for the second time during the season, finishing in 58.62 seconds to collect a silver medal in the 400-meter hurdles at the MVC Outdoor Championship (May 14-16)… Also at the league meet, she helped the 4x400-meter relay post a time of 3:48.24… Competed at the NCAA West Regional Preliminary Meet for the third time in her career (May 25-26) where she posted the 23^rd-best time of 1:00.16 in the first round to advance to the quarterfinals… Turned in her third sub-minute time in the 400-meter hurdles at 59.58 and 19^th overall at the NCAA West Regional.

2016 Track and Field
Indoor: Competed in six meets…  Opened the season winning the 600-yard run (1:22.88) and contributing to a second-place 4x400-meter relay finish (3:49.72) at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 4)… Collected second-place finish in the 600-meter run (1:33.30) and helped the Bears race to a third-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay (3:46.09) at the Arkansas Invitational (Jan. 15)… Finished first for MSU and fourth overall in the 400-meter dash (56.08) at the Pittsburg State Invitational (Jan. 29) and was on the victorious relay team which clocked in a time of 3:45.96… Finished the 400-meter dash in a time of 56.63 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (Feb. 5-6) and aided in the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:45.06) finish… Wrapped up the regular season at the Arkansas Qualifier (Feb. 19) where she helped the 4x400-meter relay team finish a season-best time of 3:44.71… At the MVC championships (Feb. 27-28), Adams collected a seventh-place finish in the 400-meter dash (56.90) and earned all-MVC recognition as a part of the second-place (3:45.54) 4x400-meter relay team.

Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Opened the season in Fayetteville (March 26) with a sixth-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles clocking in a time of 1:00.63 and helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place finish with a time of 3:42.74… Finished eighth in the 200-meter dash at the Margaret Simmons Invitational (April 1) with a 25.98 and finished third in the 400-meter dash with a time of 59.22… Traveled to the Gibson Invitational (April 9) where she finished third in the 400-meter hurdles (1:01.70) and helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a first-place finish (3:41.40)… Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Missouri State Invitational (April 22) with a time of 59.59 seconds and aided in a first-place finish by the 4x400-meter relay team (3:41.13)… Clocked in an eighth-place time of 55.84 in the 400-meter dash and helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a second-place finish (3:41.27) at the Jace LaCoste Invitational (April 30)… Finished fourth in the 400-meter hurdles prelims (1:01.13) and fourth in the finals with a personal best time of 59.23 seconds plus helped the 4x400-meter relay team finish second (3:43.48) at the MVC Outdoor Championships (May 13-15)

2015 Track and Field
Indoor: Competed in eight meets ... Won both events in her first meet at Missouri State meet, ran a 1:33.80 in the 600-meter dash and 3:45.20 as part of the winning 4x400 meter relay team at the Arkansas Invitational (Jan. 9) ... Placed first in the 4x800m relay with a time of 9:48.24 at the Missouri Invitational (Jan. 16) ... Repeated as 4x800m champion the following week at the UAB Vulcan Invitational (Jan. 23) with another 9:48.24 ... At the UAB Green & Gold Invitational (Jan. 24), finished 19th in the 200m dash with a 26.13 ... Placed fifth in the 600 meter run special (1:32.26) and third in the 4x400 relay (3:46.67) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (Feb. 6-7) ... In three events at the Purdue Fred Wilt Invitational (Feb. 14), placed 17th in the 200m dash prelims (25.87), fourth in the 400m dash (56.51), and first in the 4x400m relay (3:42.86) ... Finished sixth at the Arkansas Open (Feb. 21) in the 400-meter dash with a time of 55.68 and followed that up with another 4x400 victory with a time of 3:39.98 ... At the MVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28-Mar. 1), placed fourth in the 400-meter prelims (56.24), fifth in the 400-meter dash finals (56.07), and became the conference champion in the 4x400 meter relay (3:43.34).

Outdoor: Competed in seven meets ... Opened the season at the Texas Relays (Mar. 25), placing 15th in the 400m hurdles (3:43.35) and 12th in the 4x400m relay (3:43.35) ... Finished 11th in the 400-meter dash at the John McDonnell Invitational (Apr. 10-11) with a time of 56.09 and third in the 4x400m after finishing in 3:41.07 ... Runner-up in the 400m hurdles at the John Jacobs Invitational (Apr. 17-18) with her 1:00.14 ... Ninth in the 400-meter hurdles (59.79) and 12th in the 4x400m relay (3:41.47) at the Drake Relays (Apr. 22-25) ... In two events at the Arkansas Twilight (May 1), placed seventh with a 25.04 in the 200-meter dash and third with a 55.39 in a 400-meter dash ... At the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships (May 15-17), finished seventh (55.56) to qualify for the 400-meter final where she placed fourth for the Bears with a 55.71, was also runner-up in the 4x400m relay (45.31) ... Competed at the NCAA West Prelims (May 28-30) hosted by the University of Texas, finishing 18th in the prelims (59.78) and 21st in the semi-finals (1:00.39).
