2017 Track and Field:
Indoor: Competed in four meets… Turned in a time of 5:25.13 for 7^th-best time in the mile at the Missouri Invitational (Jan. 20)… Cut time off of her mile after crossing the finish line at 5:21.43 to finish sixth at Kansas’ Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 27)… Also helped turn in a time of 12:40.10 to take second in the distance medley relay at the Jayhawk Classic… Took seventh in the mile run with a time of 5:18.25 at the Gorilla Classic (Feb. 10-11)… Finished just outside of qualifying for the mile run finals with a 12^th place time of 5:10.92 at the MVC Indoor Championship (Feb. 26-27)… Helped the distance medley relay team to a seventh-place finish with a time of 12:30.57.
 
Outdoor: Competed in three meets… Finished twelfth with a time of 4:50.12 in the 1,500-meter run and helped a second MSU 4x800-meter relay team with a third-place finish in 9:36.42 at the Mississippi State Bulldog Relays (March 17-18)… At the MU Tom Botts Invitational (April 14-15), ran the 800-meters run in 2:24.27, finishing 22^nd and turned in a 12^th-place time of 4:52.00 in the 1,500-meter run… Crossed the finish line 12^th in a time of 2:30.48 in the 800-meter run and posted a time of 4:58.63 in the 1,500-meter run at Kansas’ Rock Chalk Classic (April 28).

2016 Track and Field
Indoor: Competed in six meets… Opened the season with a first-place finish in the mile run (5:21.78) and aided a distance medley relay third-place finish (13:34.98) at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 4)… Was one of three runners to compete in the mile (5:24.57) at the Arkansas Invitational (Jan. 15)… Earned an eighth-place finish in the 3,000-meter run (10:34.42) in her first attempt all season at the Pittsburg State Invitational (Jan. 29)… Improved her time in the mile (5:11.32) at the prestigious Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (Feb. 5-6)… Recorded a personal-best time of 5:10.33 in the mile run at the Gorilla Classic (Feb. 12-13)… Competed in the 3,000-meter run (10:39.40) and the distance medley relay (12:04.56) at the conference championships (Feb. 27-28).

Outdoor: Competed in four meets… Opened the season at the Tom Botts Invitational (April 16) where she finished 14th in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:47.16… Finished third in the 1,500-meter run (4:50.44) and was a member of a 4x400-meter relay team that finished seventh (4:11.41) at the Missouri State Invitational (April 22)… Raced to a second-place finish in the 1,500-meter run (4:47.46) at the Bill Williams/Bob Laptad Invitational (April 29)… Finished the season at the MVC Outdoor Championships (May 13-15) where she knocked six seconds off her personal-best time in the 1,500-meter run finishing 12th in the prelims with a time of 4:41.01.

2015 Track and Field
Indoor: Competed in seven meets ... Opened the season with an 11th place finish in the mile with a time of 5:26.44 at the Arkansas Invitational (Jan. 9) ... Improved her mile time the following week at the Missouri Invitational (Jan. 16) to finish fourth in 5:21.44 ... Cut off another fraction of a second in the mile at the UAB Vulcan Invite (Jan. 23) with a time of 5:21.43 to finish seventh ... At the UAB Green & Gold Invitational (Jan. 24), ran her first 800m run in 2:32.32 to place 14th ... Lowered her mile time once again at the Tiger Invitational (Feb. 6) to finish 13th in 5:14.36 ... Recorded a PR in the mile at the Purdue Fred Wilt Invitational (Feb. 14) with a time of 5:14.36 ... Competed in the Distance Medley Relay at the MVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28-Mar. 1) and placed eighth with a time of 12:26.31.

Outdoor: Competed in five meets ... Opened the season at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (Mar. 27-28) with a 19th place finish in the 3,000-meter run in 11:29.06 ... Earned 14th in the 1,500m run at the K.T. Wootman Distance Carnival (Apr. 10) with a time of 4:53.73 ... At the John Jacobs Invitational (Apr. 17-18), placed 18th in the 800m (2:24.50) and 12th in the 1500m (4:52.50) ... Finished ninth in the 1,500m run at the Arkansas Twilight (May 1) with a time of 4:49.17 ... At the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships (May 15-17), placed 24th in the 800-meter run prelims (2:21.10) and 23rd in the 1,500m run prelims (4:47.57).

Background
Missed the 2012 cross country season due to injury ... Was a three-time all-state selection in cross country, and a two-time all-state pick in track ... Was part of three district championship cross country squads ... Named the 2012 Aldo Sebben Southwest Missouri Runner of the Year ... As a junior, won a state title in the 800 meters and set a school record in the 1,600 meters (5:17) ... Earned a runner-up finish at state in the 1,600 and claimed district and sectional championships in that event.

Savannah Autumn Beaver was born Sept. 24, 1994 in Joplin, Mo. ... Daughter of Doug and Nina Beaver ... Older sister Emily competed in cross country and track at Missouri State from 2009-2012 ... Has two other siblings, Ethan and Ryan ... Ethan also attended Missouri State ... Lists her biggest sports thrill as winning a state title in the 800 meters ... Plans to major in communications with hopes of starting a career in public relations.
