2016-17 Track and Field:
Indoor: Competed in four meets … Opened the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 2) with a 12.42 meter mark in the weight throw … In the the shot put competition, posted a 10.33 meter mark at the Missouri Invitational (Jan. 20) … At the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 27), turned a top personal mark of 11.31 meters in the shot put … Also turned in 11.01 meter showing in the shot put at the Gorilla Classic (Feb. 10-11).
Outdoor: Competed in four meets … At the Bulldog Relays (March 17-18), posted a fifth place finish in the javelin with 32.61 meters, a distance of 10.61 meters in the shot put, 34.93 meters in the discus and 38.86 meters in the hammer throw … Turned in 9.63 meter performance in shot put at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (March 25) … At the Tom Botts Invitational (April 14-15), turned in a performance of 9.38 meters in the shot put, 34.61 meters in the discus and 36.62 meters in the hammer throw … posted top 10 performances in the discus with 35.36 meters and the hammer throw with 39.44 meters at the Rock Chalk Classic (April 28) .
2015-16 Track & Field
Indoor: Competed in three meets… Opened the season at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 4) throwing personal bests in the weight throw (13.65 meters) and shot put (10.31 meters)… Continued at Arkansas Invitational (Jan. 15) finishing fourth in the weight throw (12.63 meters) and sixth in the shot put (10.21 meters)… Concluded her season at the Gorilla Classic (Feb. 12-13), throwing 10.05 meters in the shot put.
Outdoor: Competed in four meets… Opened the season at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (March 26) throwing 35.42 meters in the discus, 35.09 meters in the hammer throw and a personal best mark of 27.68 meters in the javelin... Finished fourth in the shot put (10.51 meters), discus (36.23 meters) and hammer throw (39.55 meters) at the Margaret Simmons Invitational (April 1)… Traveled to the Tom Botts Invitational (April 16) to compete in the shot put (10.29 meters), discus throw (34.41 meters) and hammer throw (38.89 meters)… Concluded the season recording three personal bests in the shot put (10.70 meters), discus (37.20 meters) and hammer throw (40.30 meters) at the Missouri State Invitational (April 22).
2014-15 Track & Field:
Indoor: Competed in two meets ... Opened the season at the Arkansas Invitational (Jan. 9) with an eighth place finish in the shot put (8.77m) and a seventh place finish in the weight throw (11.39) ... Placed 19th in the weight throw with a PR distance of 11.76 at the UAB Vulcan Invitational (Jan. 23).
Outdoor: Competed in five meets ... Opened the season at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (Mar. 27-28), finishing seventh in the discus (30.39m), fourth in the hammer (34.91), and sixth in the javelin (24.98m) ... Placed seventh in the discus (30.62m), 11th in the hammer (34.99m), and 14th in the javelin (21.81m) at the John McDonnell Invitational (Apr. 10-11) ... Competed in three events at the John Jacobs Invitational (Apr. 17-18): 19th in the discus (32.82m), 18th in the hammer (36.03m), and 19th in the javelin (24.94m) ... Earned sixth in the discus (33.19m), third in the hammer (37.89), and 10th in the javelin (26.73) at the Arkansas Twilight (May 1) ... At the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships (May 15-17): Placed 20th in the discus (35.74m), 19th in the hammer (37.65m), and 16th in the javelin (27.10m).
Background: Played softball for coach Melanie Rouggly and threw in track for coach Alex Rouggly for four years apiece at Hillsboro High ... Four time all-conference and two-time all-district thrower ... Second place in districts in the disk ... Disk personal record of 121m and shot put personal record of 36m ... Won districts three times in softball.
