2020-21 Season (Senior)
Appeared in all six meets… Was a first-team All-MVC honoree… Finished third in the 200 backstroke (2:00.23) and eighth in the 100 backstroke (57.24) at the MVC Championships (April 14-16)… … Recorded a runner-up finish in the 200 backstroke at Indiana State (March 19)… Won the 200 backstroke at Southern Illinois (March 5)… Won the 100 backstroke against Little Rock in her last meet at Hammons Student Center with a time of 56.60 (Feb 15)… Posted a season-best time of 57.66 in the 100 butterfly at Mizzou on Feb. 28… Posted seven top-three times throughout the season.

Background
A three-time all-conference and all-state honoree, Brown hails from Chesterfield, Mo., and is the fifteenth-ranked swimmer out of Missouri for the class of 2017 according to CollegeSwimming.com. Her junior year, she set the school record in the 100yd backstroke and 200yd medley relay while boasting an 8-3 record on the season. Captaining the Colts, Brown finished second at the Suburban Central Conference meet in both the 200 and 500yd free while leading her team to a second place finish in the conference. As a sophomore, Brown finished first in the 100yd back and 100yd butterfly at the SCC meet and fifth in the 100yd back at state. She kicked off her high school career with a bang, finishing fourth at state in the 100yd back while holding an 8-2 record in the league. Brown was a member of the Parkway Swim Club.
