Indoor: Competed in seven meets… Earned a career best sixth place MVC indoor championship finish in the long jump with a 5.89-meter leap… Ran a season best 60-meter dash at the Missouri Holiday Opener with a 7.93 time… Eclipsed an 11.31-meter jump in the triple jump at the MVC indoor championship, finishing in 11
th.
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets… Qualified for the NCAA West Regional in long jump, recorded a 5.89m jump, finishing in 19
th place… Hit a new PR in the triple jump at the Memphis Tiger Invitational, with an 11. 67m jump… Recorded a career best long jump at the Memphis Tiger Invitational, qualifying for Regionals with the 6.18m jump… Also earned a 25.64 200-meter season best at the John McDonnell Invitational.
2016-17 Track and Field
Indoor: Competed in six meets … Opened the indoor season with a time of 8.01 in the 60-meter dash, 26.35 in the 200-meter dash, and a 5.20 meter mark in the long jump at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 2) … At the Missouri Invitational (Jan. 20), posed a time of 8.11 in the 60-meter dash prelims, 26.89 in the 200-meter dash, and helped a 4x400 relay team to a time of 4:11.05 … Also at the meet in Columbia, Mo., finished tenth in the long jump with a 4.90 meter mark … At the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 27), finished fifth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.56 in the morning session while posting a 4.51 meter mark in the long jump in the afternoon session … Turned in a 5.10 meter mark in the long jump at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (Feb. 3-4) … In the 60-meter dash qualifying event posted a time of 8.08 at the Gorilla Classic (Feb. 10-11) … At the MVC Championship (Feb. 25-26) finished the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.99 and ninth in the long jump with a 5.60 meter mark.
Outdoor: Competed in six meets … Finished tenth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.52 to open the season at the Bulldog Relays (March 17-18) … Also at the Bulldog Relays, helped a 4x100-meter relay team to a time of 47.34 and the 4x200 meter relay team to a time of 1:40.00 … At the Arkansas Spring Invitational (March 25), tuned in a time of 26.13 in the 200-meter dash and a 5.41 meter mark in the long jump … Cut time in the 100-meter dash with 12.32 at the Tom Botts Invitational (April 14-15), and posted a time of 25.16 in the 200-meter dash with a 5.46 meter mark in the long jump … Crossed the finish line at 25.53 in the 200-meter dash at the John Jacobs Invitational (April 21-22) and turned in a 5.53 meter mark in the long jump for the Bears … Finished fifth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.21 at the Rock Chalk Classic (April 28), also competed in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.23 … Posted a mark of 5.43 meters in the long jump at the Lawrence, Kan., meet … At the MVC Championship (May 12-4), turned in a time of 12.25 in the 100-meter dash prelims and 25.36 in the 200-meter dash prelims … Posted a season best 5.62 meters in the long jump at the league title meet to finish sixth.
