2021-22 Track and Field
Indoor: Competed in every meet for the Bears... Helped lead MSU’s distance efforts all season... Recorded a lifetime best time of 2:12.38 in the 800-meter run at the Arkansas Qualifier... Finished third in the one-mile run at the Jayhawk Classic... Saw her times in the one-mile improve every meet... Finished the season with a lifetime best one-mile time of 4:54.41 at the MVC Indoor Championships, finishing fourth in the conference. Â
Outdoor: Had a breakout season for the Bears helping lead their middle distance/distance efforts... Ran lifetime bests in both events she competed in (800m, 1,500m)… Earned seven top-five finishes for MSU over seven meets... Clocked an 800-meter time of 2:09.06 at the Arkansas Twilight, finishing third... Finished fifth in the 1,500-meter run at the MVC Outdoor Championships... Recorded a lifetime best of 4:29.75 in the event. Â
2020-21 Track and Field
Indoor: Competed in all four meets… Ran third leg of the MSU distance medley relay team that placed fifth at the MVC Indoor Championship (Feb. 26-28)… Tallied a runner-up finish in the 800-meter run and ran on the first-place Bears 4x400-meter relay at the UCM Classic (Feb. 19)… Ran her fastest mile time of the season (5:12.66) at the Gorilla Classic (Feb. 12-13)… Made her collegiate debut at the Washburn Open (Jan. 29) and earned a pair of fourth-place finishes in the mile and as part of the distance medley relay.

Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Finished fourth in the 1,500-meter run at the MVC Outdoor Championship (May 14-16) after she ran a season-high pace of 4:30.57… Scored additional points for the Bears at the MVC Outdoor Championship with seventh-place finishes in the 800-meter run and as part of the 4x400-meter relay team… Clocked a season-best time (2:12.90) and finished sixth in the 800m at the Drake Relays (Apr. 22-24)… Placed fourth in the 400-meter run at the Mule Relays (Apr. 16)… Earned fourth in the 1,500m, fifth in the 4x400 and sixth in the 800m in her first competition of the outdoor season at the Joey Haines Invitational (Apr. 2-3).
High School
Was a member of the track and field and cross country teams at Owasso High School… Earned All-State honors her senior season with a sixth-place finish at the OSSAA Cross Country State Championship to boost the Rams to a runner-up finish at the state meet… Anchored the Rams 4x800-meter relay team that won the state title with a record-breaking performance at the 2019 OSSAA 6A Outdoor State Track and Field Championships… Went on to place second in the 4x200-meter relay, third in the 800m, and sixth in the 4x400m at the 2019 state meet… Also, was a part of the 2018 state-champion Rams basketball team that included current Lady Bears guard Mya Bhinhar.

Williams was born on Sept. 8, 2001 in Siloam Springs, Ark… Daughter of Randall and Karen Williams… Has one brother, Karter, and two sisters, Lauren and Emma… Majoring in Communication Science Disorders - Speech Pathology.
