2021-22 Track and Field
Indoor: Competed in every meet and led the Bears during the indoor season... Concluded her season at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing 15th in the nation in the 60-meter dash (7.31)… Raced to six individual event titles in both the 60-meter and 200-meter dash... Earned top finishes at the KSU Deloss Dodds Invitational, Jayhawk Classic, and the Gorilla Classic before earning the title of Missouri Valley Conference Champion in the 60-meter dash... Earned a lifetime-best 200-meter time of 24.01 at the Arkansas Qualifier... Finished third in the 200-meter at the conference championships on Feb. 28... Broke the MSU 60-meter dash record three times, with her fastest mark coming at the MVC championships with a time of 7.23 seconds setting the MVC indoor championships meet record... Named Second-Team All-America.Â
2020-21 Track and Field
Indoor: Competed in three meets… Earned all-conference honors after she captured both the 60- and 200-meter titles at the MVC Indoor Championship (Feb. 26-28)… Named MVC Most Valuable Athlete and Most Outstanding Track Athlete after she finished the league championship with a meet-high 20.75 points… Broke the program’s 60-meter record with a time of 7.32 seconds in the event finals at the MVC Indoor Championship… Won all six individual events she competed in during the indoor season… Set a season-best mark in the 200m with a time of 24.22 at the Gorilla Classic (Feb. 13)… Anchored the MSU 4x400-meter relay team that placed sixth at the MVC Indoor Championship.
Outdoor: Did not compete for MSU during the outdoor portion of the season.Â
Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Qualified in three events (100m, 200m, 4x100 relay) for the NCAA West Preliminary Round… Earned all-conference honors after she took home three gold medals at the MVC Outdoor Championship (May 14-16) with winning performances in the 100- and 200-meter dash and as part of the first-place 4x100-meter relay team… Recorded the program’s fourth fastest 100-meter time after she clocked an 11.42 in the first round of the NCAA West Preliminary Round (May 27-29) and advanced to the quarterfinals after she finished 24th… Marked her fastest time in the 200m at the MVC Outdoor Championship with a time of 23.46 seconds… Won seven of the 10 individual events she competed in during the outdoor season.
2019-20 (Western Michigan)
Competed in one meet during the indoor season... Was a part of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed first at the Youngstown State College Invitational.
2018-19 (Western Michigan)
Competed in eight meets during the indoor season and eight during the outdoor... scored in the 60-meter and 200-meter dashes at the Indoor MAC Championship, taking sixth in both events ... took sixth in the 100-meter relays, helped the 4x200-meter relay team to a third place finish and the sprint medley relay team to a fifth place finish at the Drake Relays ... took seventh in the 100-meter dash and helped the 4x100-meter relay team score with an eighth place finish at the Outdoor MAC Championship.Â
2017-18 (Western Michigan)Â
Competed in eight meets during the indoor season and eight during outdoor... Named Indoor MAC Championship Most Outstanding Freshman after helping the 4x400-meter relay team to a MAC title, also taking third in the 60-meter dash to earn First Team All-MAC honors ... competed at the Penn Relays in the 4x100-meter and 4x200-meter relays ... scored at the Outdoor MAC Championship, taking sixth in the 100-meter dash and helping the 4x100-meter relay team to a second-place finish, earning Second Team All-MAC honors.Â
High School
Competed all four years for the track and field team at Groves High School in Beverly Hills, Mich... She was named the school's Most Valuable Player and Freshman of the Year… Meredith placed seventh overall in the state for the 200m dash … placed fourth overall in the state for the 100m dash … She also played four years of basketball with the Falcons.
