Background: Jeff Bratten joins the Bears after competing for Texas A&M where he helped guide his team to two consecutive second-place finishes in the Big 12 Conference. Bratten was an eight-time high school All-American and had state titles his senior year in the 100 and 200 freestyle. Personal: Full name is Jeffrey Paul Bratten. Born September 18, 1984, in Ottumwa, Iowa. Son of Robert Bratten.
