Background: Chelsea Leaver will be joining Missouri State from Pekin Community High, Pekin, Ill. Leaver is a three-time all-conference winner in diving. Her junior and senior years, Leaver was the diving conference champion. She placed fifth at Sectionals in diving her senior year. Personal: Full name is Chelsea Renee Leaver. Born January 5, 1988, in Pekin, Illinois. Daughter of Mark and Dee Dee Leaver.
