Leading Missouri State to their second straight Missouri Valley Conference Women’s Golf Championship, Rachel Johnson claimed the outright individual title and All-Conference honors, after recording a 1-under par 215 over three days in Newton, Kan. Johnson’s record setting third round carded a 5-under par 67 off of seven birdies. Johnson’s final round score established a school single-round record and tied a conference record for lowest 18-hole score.
