This week's Murney Student-Athlete of the Week is the Missouri State women's golf team. Coach Kevin Kane's Bears took the Missouri Valley Conference Championship title on Tuesday, defeating runner-up Wichita State by 20 strokes for the tournament's largest margin of victory since 1996!  Junior standout Verena Gimmy tied for tournament runner-up honors  with a three-day total of 222, while senior Caroline Boone tied for fifth place with a 225.
