Danielle Gitzen averaged 15 points, 7.0 rebounds and 5.5 assists in Missouri State’s two NCAA Tournament victories. The senior threatened a triple-double in in the first round versus No. 24 DePaul, going for 20 points, eight rebounds and six assists without a turnover. Monday, Gitzen had 10 points, six boards and five assists to help the Lady Bears knock off 13th-ranked and third-seeded Iowa State on its home floor to advance to the Sweet Sixteen.
