2017: Skalnik made several key contributions off the Missouri State bench in his first season with the Bears, including a team-high six pinch hits ... Saw action in Hit .353 (6-for-17) as a pinch hitter; delivered run-scoring pinch hits in five different MSU victories ... Blasted a critical three-run double off the bench to erase a two-run Oral Roberts (Feb. 21) lead in an eventual 9-5 Bears win ... Came through with another run-scoring pinch hit as part of a Bears rally at Belmont (Feb. 24) ... Launched his lone home run of the season March 4 vs. Central Arkansas ...
