Indoor: Competed in four meets… Finished in ninth in the one mile run at the Pittsburg State Invitational, recording a season best 5:21.32 time… Recorded a 24
th place finish at the Gorilla Classic, running the 800-meter in 2:24.83.
Outdoor: Competed in six events… Finished in 14
th place at the Tom Botts Invitational in the 1,500-meter with a 4:46.50… Recorded a career best 800-meter run at the MVC Outdoor Championship with a 2:21.70.
2016-17 Track and Field:
Indoor: Competed in four meets… Opened the indoor season with a sixth-place time of 2:26.32 in the 800-meter run at the Missouri Invitational (Jan. 20)… Posted a time of 3:09.63 in the 1,000-meter run at the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 27) and competed in the 4x400-meter relay (4:20.85)… finished the 800-meter run with a time of 2:24.87 and the 4x400-meter relay (4:17.35 at the Gorilla Classic (Feb. 10)… At the 2017 MVC Indoor Championship (Feb. 25), posted the 17
th best time in the 800-meter run prelims (2:25.50).
Outdoor: Competed in four meets… Began the outdoor season with an eighth-place time of 2:25.66 in the 800-meter run and helped an 4x800-meter relay squad to a third place time of 9:36.42 at the Bulldog Relays (Mar. 17)… crossed at 2:24.74 in the 800-meter run at the Tom Botts Invitational (Apr. 15)… At the John Jacobs Invitational (Apr. 21), posted a time of 2:24.80 in the 800-meter run… Posted a ninth-place time of 2:25.53 in the 800-meter run at the Rock Chalk Classic (Apr. 28).
Background: Competed all four years on Edwardsville High's track team ... Helped pace her 4x800-meter realy team to a new county record her senior season ...
