SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- An hour-long documentary chronicling the 54-year history of Missouri State University baseball is set to premiere Thursday (July 20) evening at 8 p.m. (CDT) on Ozarks Public Television (OPT).
The OPT production entitled "MSU Baseball: A Winning Tradition" will explore the history of the MSU baseball program, highlighting the countless coaches, student-athletes and administrators who have made the program a jewel on the baseball diamond.
Fans can support OPT and projects such as this by visiting optv.org and pledging a donation. For as little as $75, fans will receive a DVD copy of the program (mailed after broadcast premiere), as well as a one-year membership to OPT, which includes a monthly program guide and access to PBS Passport and its online library of OPT programming (email address required).
