Producing two of Missouri State’s timeliest hits in its sweep against preseason favorite Illinois State, Frost highlighted the Bear offense with two walk-off hits to secure a pair of victories. After picking up 1 RBI off one hit in the series opener, Frost returned in game two, where she led the Bears with a three-hit performance. She put MSU on the board with an RBI single into center field in the bottom of the sixth and, one inning later, she smashed a base-clearing, walk-off triple to win the series for the Bears. After MSU scratched its way back from a 6-3 deficit in game three, Frost unloaded a walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth that gave Missouri State an 8-7 victory and the sweep. Before the dramatic series, she drove in one RBI off one hit in the Bears’ 7-6, come-from-behind win at Tulsa. Frost went 7-for-16 at the plate over the course of the week and picked up five RBI.
