Jeremy Eierman turned in a big weekend to help the Bears sweep Bradley, going 6-for-12 with three homers and seven RBIs in the three-game series. Overall, Eierman hit .400 in four games last week, including the second two-homer game of his MSU career in Saturday’s 13-3 win over BU. The sophomore logged multi-hit games in all three outings vs. the Braves and also went deep in Friday’s series opener en route to surpassing his previous season high for home runs (10).
