Jessica Allen ran a personal best 14:04.8 4K time at the J.K. Gold Classic on Saturday. She finished the race third overall, but finished first among collegiate runners. The senior led a pack of 14 Bears competing at the J.K. Gold Classic, which featured 109 runners from nine Midwestern programs including three other division one schools.
