Indoor: Raced in three meets for MSU during her indoor campaign... Competed in the one-mile run and 3,000-meter run... Raced season and lifetime bests in both events with a 5:35.33 in the one-mile run, beating her former personal best by 20 seconds... Earned a 3,000-meter lifetime best racing a time of 10:54.78... Earned a spot on the MSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for her fall 2022 academic efforts. 
Outdoor: Appeared in six meets during the Bears’ outdoor campaign competing in the 1,500-meter, 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs... Raced her top 5,000-meter time (18:39.59) at the Bearcat Invitational where she recorded an 11th place finish in the event on April 1... Raced lifetime bests in the 1,500-meter (5:02.76) and 3,000-meter (10:48.67). 

2021-22 
Indoor: Competed in one meet during the 2021-22 indoor season ... Ran the 3,000-meter run at the Gorilla Classic (2/11/22) with a time of 10:58.34 ... Made the MSU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall 2021. 
Outdoor: Raced in four events during the outdoor season ... Earned a lifetime bests in the 3,000-meter and the 5,000-meter, clocking times of 5:20.65 and 18:52.86 ... The latter, beat her former lifetime best by over a minute, and was earned at the Mule Relays (4/15/22).

2020-21
Indoor: Competed in two meets … Set a personal-best time in the mile after she ran a 5:56.06 and finished 11th at the UCM Classic (2/19/21)… Recorded a 3,000-meter time of 11:29.59 to mark a personal best at the Washburn Open (1/29/21).
Outdoor: Competed in three meets… Ran a season-high time of 20:13.09 in the 5,000-meter run at the Mule Relays (4/16/21) ... Finished 22nd in the 5k at the Rock Chalk Classic (5/1/21) … Recorded a 5:35.94 time in the 1,500-meter run at the Gorilla Classic (4/10/21).
