Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Bears ... Won the 3,000-meter run in her debut for MoState at the Washburn Rust Buster (1/20/24) with a time of 10:09.57 ... Ran a season-best 10:05.79 in the 3,000-meter run at the Arkansas Qualifier (2/16/24) ... Set a personal record in the 5,000-meter run at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/20/24) with a time of 17:48.92 and in the 1-mile run with a time of 5:03.66 at the Gorilla Classic (2/9-2/10/24).

Outdoor: Competed in six meets for MoState ... Placed eighth in the 3,000-meter steeplchase at the MVC Outdoor Championship (5/10-5/12/24) with a time of 11:02.96 ... Set a personal record in the 3,000-meter run at the Springfield Showdown (3/22/24) with a time of 10:26.41 to open the outdoor season ... Also had a PR in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:49.17 at the John Jacobs College Invitational (4/13/24) ... Named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team ... Earned CSC Academic All-District Honors.

North Florida
Was a three-time ASUN All-Academic Team selection for coach Jeff Pigg at North Florida from 2020-23 ... 
2022: Was one of UNF's top-three finishers in 4-of-5 races, including a season-best 7th-place showing at the UNF Invitational (18:32.9) that pushed the Ospreys to the team title ... Season-best effort of 17:56.2 at the ASUN Championship was the team's fourth-best 5k effort of the season and was good for 38th place ... Finished 51st overall with personal-best 6k time at the Crimson Classic (21:45.2) ... Earned CSC Academic All-District honors.
2021:  Was UNF's top runner and finished 46th with a 6k time at the Missouri Gans Creek Classic (22:24.6) ... Was also the top Osprey runner (25th) at the ASUN Championship with a personal-best 5k time (18:12.2) ... Ran 22:19.23 at the NCAA Regional to pace all UNF runners and place 101st.
2020: Placed 15th in her UNF XC debut at the CSU Invitational (18:54.3) ... Finished 25th in the FSU Winter Classic 6k meet (22:47.8) ... Finished 19th at the ASUN Championship (19:22.2).

High School
Was named Southern Illinois Female Runner of the Year four straight years from 2016-19 as a standout distance specialist at Benton (Ill.) Consolidated High ... As a senior in 2019-20, she finished 3rd at state cross country but lost her senior track season due to COVID ... Was also 3rd at the state cross country meet as a junior and finished 2nd in the 800m and 6th in the 1600m in the spring of 2019 ... As a sophomore, she was again a state qualifier in cross country (9th) and in the 3200m (12th) in track ... Finished 10th at state cross country her freshman year for coach Brent McLain.
