Indoor: Competed in all seven meets during the indoor season ...Set a personal-best 2:18.32 in the 800-meter and helped her squad to a second place finish in the Distance Medley Relay (11:59.52) at the Washburn open ... Closed the Indoor season with a personal-best in the 3000-meter at the MVC Indoor Championship with a time of 9:58.21.

Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season ... Started off hot earning a first place finish in the 5000m race with a time of 17:40.11 at the Bearcat Invitational ... Continued her hot start at the Mule Relays with yet another first place finish in the 5000m with a personal-best of 17:09.47 ... Finished second at the John McDonnell Invitational in the 5000m (17:11.46) … Set a personal-best in the 1500m run with a time of 4:33.44 earning a first place finish at the SMU Invitational ... Closed out a great season with a top 10 finish in the 1500m race at the MoState Twilight.

2023-24
Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Bears ... Made her collegiate debut at the Washburn Rust Buster (1/20/24) where she ran the 1-mile and set a personal record in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:59.88 ... Set a personal record in the 1-mile run at the Frank Sevigne Invitational with a time of 5:03.17 ... Followed that up with another personal record at the Gorilla Classic (2/9-2/10/24) in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:22.04 ... Finished third in the distance medley relay at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/27/24) with a time of 12:11.23.

Outdoor: Appeared in six meets for MoState ... Made her outdoor debut at the Springfield Showdown (3/22/24) in the 800-meter run and the 1,500-meter run ... Set a personal record in the 3,000-meter run at the SBU Bearcat Invitational (3/30/24) with a time of 10:37.10 and a third-place finish ... Competed once in the 3,000-meter steeplechase for a time of 12:18.27 ... At the John McDonnell Invitational (4/18-4/19/24), she set a personal record in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:43.46 ... Also set a personal record the following week at the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a time of 2:19.57 in the 800-meter run.

Was a cross country state runner-up at the Class 6A level for coach David Riden at Deer Creek High in Edmond, Okla. as a senior in 2022 with a top time of 17:48 ... In track, she was state runner-up in the 1600m, and finished 3rd in the 800m and 4th in the 3200m ... Top track performances her senior year were 800m (2:13), 1600m (5:00.06) and 3200m (11:06.0) ... Also led the Antlers to three consecutive state runner-up finishes (2020-22) in cross country ... As a junior, she finished 6th at state in cross country ...
