2018-19 Season (Senior)
All-MVC First Team and Scholar-Athlete member...Earned gold medals in the 400 IM and 200 fly, nabbed silvers in the 200 IM, 200 and 400 medley relays at MVC Championships (Feb. 20-23)...Racked up three first-place times in the 200 IM, 200 fly, and 200 medley relay at Southern Illinois (Dec. 1)...Took top prize in 400 IM at Iowa Hawkeye Invitational (Nov. 15-17)...Opened season with a top-five time in the 100 breast at the Show-Me Showdown (Oct. 5).
2017-18 Season (Junior)
All-MVC First Team and Scholar-Athlete team selection ... Earned silver medals in the 200 and 400 IM and a bronze medal in the 200 fly at the 2018 MVC Championships ... Took second in the 200 IM and fifth in the 100 fly at the Missouri Show-Me Showdown (Sept. 29) ... Won the 200 IM, 200 fly and 400 medley relay in the Bears' home meet against Southern Illinois on Oct. 7 ... Earned gold finishes in the 100 fly, 200 fly, 200 IM, 400 IM and finished second in the 200 breast against Kansas and South Dakota (Oct. 20-21) ... Took second in the 200 breast and 200 IM and also placed third in the 200 fly against Drury (Oct. 27) ... Finished seventh in the 400 IM, 10th in the 200 IM and 12th in the 200 fly at the Purdue Invitational (Nov. 16-18) ... Earned four top-five finishes against Evansville (Dec.1) ... Took second in the 100 breast and third in the 200 IM at Drury (Jan. 18).
2016-17 Season (Sophomore)
Earned the Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award along with MVC Scholar-Athlete team and MVC honor roll recognition … Set a new career best in the 200 IM with a time of 2:03.05 at the MVC Championships (Feb. 18) … Also finished in the top 5 in all four events completed at the conference championships … Placed first in the 200 IM (2:06.87) and 200 Fly (2:06.02) against SIU (Dec. 3) … Set a new meet record in the 400 IM with a time of 4:19.64 at the IUPUI House of Champions (Nov. 18-20) … Had a career best in the 100 Fly time trial finishing in 56.03 … Posted a personal best in the 500 Free at home in the MSU Invitational (Oct. 8) in 5:05.00.
2015-16 Season (Freshman)
Earned All-MVC First Team selection by making multiple podium appearances at the MVC Championship … Finished individual meet-high runner-up in the 400 IM with a time of 4:20.10 … Earned bronze medal in the 200 fly (2:02.48) … Also took sixth behind a time of 2:05.74 in the 200 IM … Picked up silver medals in both the 200 medley relay and 800 free relay … Got off to quick start in collegiate career earning MVC Swimmer of the Week on Oct. 6 for performance at Show-Me Showdown … Had two top-10 performances, including a runner-up showing in the 100 fly (57.49) … Won multiple races throughout course of season in duals versus Evansville, Southern Illinois, Drury and Truman State … Earned victories in all three races competed in against Evansville (Oct. 9) and Drury (Oct. 16) … Set a school record and made first ‘B’ cut in the 400 IM with a time of 4:18.09 for runner-up in the event at the Purdue Invitational … Two personal-best times came at second edition of ‘Duel in the Pool’ (Jan. 21) and Purdue Invite (Nov. 20-22) apiece … Finished season with top-four times in four events for MSU, including the fastest mark in the 400 IM.

Pearson was a three-year letterwinner for Evergreen High School and competed for the Jeffco Hurricanes ...
