Biography

At MSU: Jarryd Horn will bid for a spot in the tough Missouri State Bears linebacker corps in the 2008 season after redshirting and gaining experience as a freshman in 2007 during the grid season practices.

Background: Horn was the Oklahoma District 6A-4 Defensive Player of the Year and first team all-state in 2006. He helped lead the Roughers to the state semifinals, recording 172 tackles and eight sacks, and received an invitation to the Oil Bowl all-star contest.

Personal: Jarryd G. Horn was born 8/14/88 in Tulsa, Okla., the son of Toby and Adria Tillman. Jarryd is undecided in his major at MSU.
