2014: Anawalt recorded four saves while going 0-2 with a 5.40 earned run average in 10 outings before an injury shortened his debut season for the Bears...Finished seventh in the Missouri Valley Conference with four saves, tying Dave Dickensheet (1979) and Jason Myers (1993) for the fourth-best total by an MSU newcomer in his debut season...Needed just one pitch to roll a game-ending double play in his first appearance for MSU, a 6-4 win at UCA (Feb. 15)...Notched his second save by recording the final out of a 9-8 win over Northern Illinois (Feb. 21) at the Lobo Invitational in Albuquerque, N.M...Pitched a scoreless 10th inning at Oral Roberts (Feb. 25) to close out a 3-2 win...Picked up his first save in Valley play at Wichita State (March 23), locking down MSU's 4-3 victory with another scoreless frame...Fanned a career-best three batters over 2.1 innings in a 3-2 loss to No. 24 Oklahoma State in 11 innings.
