MSU Track & Field Records Solid Performances at Gorilla Classic

PITTSBURG, Kan. – The Missouri State track and field team posts solid results during the final day at the 3rd Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic on Saturday.

Madeline Saville earned first place in the 800-meter run, where she marked a 2:18.32 time to earn a new personal best.

In the finals of the 60-meter dash, Divina Henry recorded a 7.67 second time to finish in third place.  

Isa Videler finished in second place in the 400-meter dash with a season best 56.77 time.

Recording a new season best 4x400m relay time of 3:46.01, Kadisha Francois, Henry, Asha Cave and Videler finished the race in second place.

Over in the triple jump, Daijha Heron set a new season best with a 12.28-meter leap. Heron earned sixth place on her last attempt of the day.

Missouri State will head into their last regular-season indoor track and field meet next weekend at the Arkansas Qualifier (Feb. 16) in Fayetteville, Ark.
