SPRINGFIELD – Missouri State men's soccer has scheduled the 19^th Annual "Bowling with Bears" tournament and silent auction for Friday, April 21 from 3-5:30 p.m. The event serves as a way to integrate current men's soccer players with alumni and members of the community.
 
The growing event is aiming to fill all 40 lanes at Enterprise Park Lanes. Sponsorships to help satisfy this goal are available at three levels: corporate, team, and individual. Groups can arrange to divide the costs of sponsorship. Donations are accepted as well. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams, bottom team, plus individual awards.
 
Additionally, a large silent auction will be open throughout the afternoon that will feature sport memorabilia, various gift certificates and much more. If any individual, organization, or company wishes to donate to the silent auction with gift certificates, collectibles, memorabilia, event tickets, etc., please contact head coach Jon Leamy at (417) 836-5243. Participants can also elect to participate in the 50/50 raffle, with the winner taking home half the pot.
 
All proceeds from the event will directly benefit the men's soccer program. The registration form and contact information is available through the links above. Missouri State soccer alumni are also encouraged to complete the alumni questionnaire to stay current with the team and other MSU soccer events.
