IRVING, Texas - Missouri State men's soccer team American Conference Postseason honorees include junior Alex Matthews making the First Team, senior Harry Jolley making the Second Team, and Harry Hogben and Bruno Cellerino making the All-Freshman Team. The Bears also earned the Team Fair Play Award.
Matthews made the First Team after a great season in midfield and defensive play, securing the backline playing all 90 minutes of all 15 games this season, totaling 1,350 total minutes with one assist.
Jolley made the Second Team after a strong season in defensive play, anchoring the backline and tallying 1,287 total minutes across all 15 games played, with one goal and one assist.
Hogben made the All-Freshman Team after earning two straight American Freshman of the Week awards. He played 14 and started in 13 games across 1,025 minutes of play this season working hard defensively to deny opponents the chance to attack.
Cellerino made the All-Freshman Team after playing 14 games and starting in eight across 677 minutes of play this season with crucial defensive play.
The Bears also earned the Team Fair Play Award as a collective for their sportsmanship throughout their first season in the American Conference.
