2026 Men's Soccer Schedule Finalized

SPRINGFIELD -- Missouri State men's soccer coach Michael Seabolt has finalized his squad's schedule for the upcoming season with the Bears slated to play a total of 12 home events in 2026.
Missouri State will host an early August exhibition game before playing five of its first six regular-season contests at home. The squad's 11 regular-season contests at Betty and Bobby Allison South Stadium includes seven non-conference dates and four matches in a competitive American Conference schedule.
"We are thrilled with the schedule for 2026 and the opportunity to play 12 times in front of our home fans," said fifth-year head coach Michael Seabolt. "Thank you to all the administrators and staff at Missouri State for their efforts as we launch the 2026-27 athletic season on campus. We also want to thank our fantastic Missouri State University students, alumni, boosters, and the entire Springfield community. Missouri State Men's Soccer plays for you!"
Mo State's three-game exhibition slate will include a home contest on Aug. 9 vs. Northwest Arkansas. The other exhibitions pit the Bears against long-time rival Creighton on Aug. 11 at a neutral-site match at Swope Park's Sporting Kansas City complex in Kansas City; and on Aug. 15 vs. in-state foe and 2025 NCAA Tournament participant Lindenwood.
Seabolt's squad is at home the remainder of August with the regular-season opener against Quinnipiac on Thursday, Aug. 20 before hosting Big Ten Conference stalwart Penn State on Aug. 23 and Chicago State on Aug. 30.
The six-game September slate includes the Bears' only non-conference road game of the year on Saturday, Sept. 5 when they travel to NCAA qualifier UC Irvine to start the month. Mo State begins American Conference play at home against FIU on Friday, Sept. 11 for the team's inaugural Alumni and Soccer Champions Celebration.
September continues with a visit from Kansas City, another 2025 NCAA Tournament, on Sept. 16. American Conference play resumes Sept. 20 at Temple and Sept. 25 at home against South Florida before the team concludes the month at home against regional rival Central Arkansas (Sept. 29).
Missouri State is also at home for four of its six games in October. The Bears will sandwich home games against Oral Roberts (Oct. 7) and Tulsa (Oct. 11) between American Conference road trips to Memphis (Oct. 3) and defending league champion FAU (Oct. 18). The month concludes with a visit from former MVC rival Bradley (Oct. 22) and the home finale vs. UAB (Oct. 28).
The 2026 season concludes with the American Conference regular-season finale at Charlotte (Nov. 1) before the conference tournament commences Nov. 6, 11 and 14 at campus sites.
