MSU Baseball Announces 2015 Season Ticket Packages

Dec. 4, 2014

2015 MSU Baseball Season Ticket Information

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Season tickets for Missouri State's 24-game 2015 home baseball schedule are now available through the MSU Athletics Box Office. As part of all Bears' season-ticket packages, individuals who place their orders by the February 2 renewal deadline will receive complementary tickets to MSU's annual First Pitch Night, which will be held February 7 at the Bill Rowe Training Facility at Hammons Field.

MSU will open the home portion of their schedule February 27 against the University of Central Arkansas. Entering his 33rd year at the helm of the Bears baseball program, head coach Keith Guttin will welcome back 19 letterwinners and seven regular position starters from last year's club, including a pair of All-Missouri Valley Conference honorees in junior outfielder Tate Matheny and senior infielder/catcher Eric Cheray.

In addition to hosting the three-game series with UCA (Feb. 27-March 1), the Bears will renew their annual home-and-home rivalry against both Kansas (March 24) and Missouri (April 28) at Hammons Field. MSU will also host MVC series with Indiana State (March 20-22), Dallas Baptist (April 2-4), Wichita State (May 1-3) and Bradley (May 14-16) this spring, as well as a three-game non-conference series against UT-Martin (April 17-19) and single-games versus Oral Roberts (March 3), UALR (March 17) and North Dakota State (March 18).

Renewal information for current season-ticket holders will be mailed this week and will include packages for lower-level reserved chairback seats for $100 (general public), $50 for Missouri State faculty and staff and $20 for students. Eight-game mini-packages will also be offered for $32 per ticket. Additionally, MSU is offering free season-long admission for up to two children (ages 12 and under) with the purchase of two 2015 season tickets.

Bears' single-game tickets for the 2015 season, which will go on-sale in January, remain priced at $5 for the general public, $2.50 for Missouri State faculty and staff, $2 for students and special rates are offered for groups of 20 or more. All children ages 12 and under not accompanied by a season-ticket holder will require a $2 ticket for admission. Students must show a valid and current BearPass Card along with a student ticket to gain entry to Hammons Field.

All Bears baseball season-ticket holders -- including new orders and renewals placed by February 2 -- will be entitled to the same number of complementary tickets to MSU's seventh-annual First Pitch fundraiser, additional details for which will be announced in the near future.
