The Bears' track and field team concluded the Razorback Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark., Saturday. Missouri State recorded some outstanding performances from Alexandria Oembler, Leander Ernest and Ashley Harris who all earned top-ten finishes on the second day of competition.
Oembler finished second in her heat in the 60-meter hurdle prelims, qualifying her for the finals where she placed sixth overall in a season-best time of 8.95. Ernest once again won her heat in the 400-meter dash and placed fifth overall in a time of 55.03. Harris marked a leap of 37-09.25 in the triple jump competition to land a ninth-place finish.
Missouri State will compete in the University of Illinois Carle/Heath Alliance Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 27, in Champaign, Ill.
