2023-24 Track and Field
Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Bears ... Set a personal record at the Arkansas Qualifier (2/16/24) in the 400-meter dash with a time of 58.71 ... Ran in the distance medley relay at the MVC Indoor Championship (2/25-2/26/24) to place ninth in the conference with a time of 12:13.49 ... Also ran a season-best in the 4x400-meter relay at the Grank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/2-2/3/24) with a time of 3:53.05.

Outdoor: Appeared in six meets for MoState ... Opened the season with a personal record in long jump with an attempt of 4.72 meters at the Springfield Showdown (3/22/24) ... Followed that with a PR at the SBU Bearcat Invitational (3/30/24) in the 200-meter dash with a time of 28.16 ... Set two more personal records in 2024 at the MVC Outdoor Championship (5/10-5/12/24) with a time of 1:01.33 in the 400-meter hurdles for fifth-place finish in the final round ... Ran the final leg of the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay that finished fourth with a time of 3:44.48.

2022-23 Track and Field
Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Bears during the indoor season... Was a mainstay in MSU’s 400-meter dash lineup... Raced her top time on the season at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships... Her time of 59.16 raced at the championships was also a lifetime best in the event... Named to the MSU Athletic Directors Honor Roll during the Fall 2022 semester. 

Outdoor: Competed in the 400-meter hurdles at five meets during the outdoor season including the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships... Had a breakout season in the event which included season bests at every outing... Qualified for the 400-meter hurdles finals at the championships and finished in fourth place... Raced a lifetime best of 1:01.82 in the championships’ event finals which was nearly two seconds faster than the first meet of the season. 

2021-22 Track and Field 
Indoor: Competed in three meets for the Bears including the competitive Arkansas Qualifier... Ran season best times in the 60-meter hurdles and the 300-meter dash at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational with a time of 10.13 in the former and a time of 44.98 in the latter... Competed in the 400-meter dash at the Arkansas Qualifier clocking a time of 1:00.53... Made the MSU Athletic Director’s Honor roll during the Fall 2021.

Outdoor: Competed in every meet for the Bears during the indoor season... Earned a top-five finish in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing fourth at the Arkansas Twilight (1:05.53) and a fifth-place finish in the 400-meter dash at the Billiken Invitational (1:02.34) good for a season-best… Earned a career-best 400-meter hurdles time at the MVC Championships, racing a 1:05.11.
