Indoor: Competed in three meets for the Bears ... Set a personal record in the 1-mile run at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/27/24) with a time of 5:20.68 and an 18th-place finish ... She followed that PR with another in the 3,000-meter two weeks later ... Finished 21st with a time of 10:30.35 at the Gorilla Classic (2/9-2/10/24).

Outdoor: Did not compete.

2022-23
Indoor: Competed in three meets during the Bears’ indoor campaign... Raced in the one-mile run and 3,000-meter run... Earned her top one-mile time of 5:31.53 at the Pittsburg State Invitational on Jan. 28... Raced a time of 11:02.12 to finish in the top-20 of the 3,000-meter run at the Washburn Open & Multi on Feb. 3-4... Made the fall 2022 Athletic Director’s Honor Roll. 

Outdoor: Competed in five of the Bears’ seven meets during the outdoor season... Helped MSU’s distance efforts competing in the 1,500-meter, 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs... Raced a season-best 1,500-meter time of 5:01.69 at the Gorilla Classic where she finished in 15th place and was the Bears second runner in the event... Raced a season-best time of 10:38.57 at the John McDonnell Invitational on April 20-21. 

High School
Standout performer at Clark County (Mo.) in Kahoka ... Finished in the top-10 three times at the Missouri state cross country meet, clocking a personal best of 19:49 (5K) her senior year (2021) ... Placed 2nd in the 3200m at the state track meet her senior year ... Helped her cross country team to a third-place team finish her freshman year.
