Indoor: Competed in three meets in the indoor season ... Made her collegiate debut at the Washburn Rust Buster (1/20/24) in the 1-mile run and 3,000-meter run ... Set a personal record in the 3,000-meter run at that meet with a time of 10:56.84 ... Set another personal record a week later in the 1-mile run at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/24/24) with a time of 5:28.40.

Outdoor: Appeared in four meets for the Bears ... Made her season debut at the Springfield Showdown (3/22/24) with personal records in the 1,500-meter run (5:05.23) and 3,000-meter run (11:13.11) ... Set another personal record at the John Jacobs College Invitational (4/12-4/13/24) in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 18:53.55.

High School
Was a multiple-event state qualifier at Liberty (Mo.) High for coaches Jordan English and Tim Fritson, winning conference and district titles in the 3200m as a senior with a personal-best of 11:18 along the way ... Also finished 6th in the 4x800 relay as a senior to earn all-state honors ... Was an All-Suburban Silver Conference cross country performer as well as a senior while qualifying for the Class 5 state meet (59th) and registering a season-best time of 19:06 at the 5k distance ... Was also an individual state qualifier in cross country and track (3200 and 4x800) as a junior while helping the Blue Jays to a conference title in track ... Sophomore year, she was an individual state qualifier in cross country and was part of a district team title in track ... Also part of a district XC championship team her freshman season that finished 5th at the Class 4 state meet.
