At Missouri State: Elise Herndon will return for her junior campaign and look to see more playing time in the 2006 season. 2005: Herndon saw time in the net in one match for the Bears during her sophomore year against Tennessee-Martin. She recorded three saves in the match and guided the Bears to a 4-0 shutout. 2004: Herndon saw limited action in the goalkeeper position for the Bears as a freshman, appearing in two contests. Background: Herndon was a three-year starter at Bishop Kelley High in Tulsa, Okla. Herndon helped lead Bishop Kelley to three consecutive state championships and regional championships from 2001 to 2003. Her junior year she was named high school all-district as she averaged a 0.37 goals-against mark. She also played basketball at Bishop Kelley.
