Paced the Bears in all six events… Opened the season at the J.K. Gold Classic (Sept. 2) with a time of 14:04.8 marking a new personal best and third overall finish... Finished 2^nd at the Missouri Southern Stampede after running a 17:06.7 5K, second fastest in school history… Recorded a 17:11.8 5K mark at the Chile Pepper Festival (Sept. 30) and a 21:21.4 6K time at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 13)… Earned 3rd at the MVC Championship claiming All-Missouri Valley Conference honors and MVC Elite 17 award after running a 17:22.06 5K… Clocked a personal best 20:47.8 6K time at the NCAA Midwest Regional and finished 24th.

2016 Cross Country
Paced the Bears in all six events… Opened the season at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird Meet (Sept. 2) with a time of 14:43.3 to finish sixth... Finished 14^th at the Missouri Southern Stampede after running an 18:05.7 5K… Recorded a 18:05.8 5k mark at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 1) and a 21:44.2 6K time at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 14)… Earned 22^nd at the MVC Championship after finishing the 5K race in 18:30.6… Clocked a personal best 21:32.0 6K time at the NCAA Midwest Regional and finished 66^th.

2015 Cross Country
Opened the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (Sept. 1) with a time of 20:01.1 to finish 22nd...Earned a scoring position at the Missouri Southern Stampede finishing 13th in 18:49.57…Recorded a personal best at the Little Rock Invitational (Oct. 17) with a time of 18:13.3… Clocked in a time of 19:51.91 at the MVC Championships (Oct. 31).

2014 Cross Country
Led the Bears in all five meets ... Opened the season in 17th at the Walt Crawford Invitational (Sept. 5) with a time of 19:34.68 ... Earned her first top-10 finish at the Saluki Invitational (Sept. 20) in 19:20.07 ... Ran a 23:15.3 to finish 31st at Kansas' Rim Rock Classic (Oct. 4) ... Set a PR at the UALR Invitational (Oct. 18) with her 18.20.7 to earn sixth ... Placed 57th in the MVC Championships (Nov. 1) with a 19:01.05.
