2019 Cross Country
Competed in seven meets… Set a 4K-personal best in the opening meet of the season at the Mizzou Opener with a time of 15:38.9… Ran her fastest 5K time at the Chile Pepper Festival, finishing at the 19:02.1 mark… Made her postseason debut competing in the MVC Cross Country Championship (5K- 20:12.5), followed by the 2019 NCAA Midwest Regional (6K- 24:45.0).

2018 Cross Country
Competed in four events for the Bears… Started off at the J.K. Gold Classic (Sept. 1) with a time of 16:47.7… Marked a 20:20.7 5K time at the Missouri Southern Stampede (Sept. 15)… Earned a 19:38.9 time at the 5K race at the Chile Pepper Festival (Sept. 22)… Closed out her season at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 12) with a 23:44.8 6K race.

2017 Cross Country
Competed in four events for the Bears… Started off at the J.K. Gold Classic (Sept. 2) with a time of 15:54.1 4K… Marked a 19:37.07 5K at the Missouri Southern Stampede (Sept. 16)… Ran her best 5K of the season at the Chile Pepper Festival with a 19:25.1 time (Sept. 30)… Also earned a 24:22.2 6K at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 13).

Background: A four-year letterman in both cross country and track for the Jefferson City High Jays... Helped her track and field team to a third-place finish at state in Class 5... Named All-District and Sectional three-straight seasons in cross country and earned All-State honors twice... collected All-District and Sectional in track twice, helping the squad to back-to-back District and Sectional titles... three-time Captain of the track and cross country teams.
