2015: Only Bear to make appearances and earn a spot in the starting line-up in all 17 matches for the Bears… Finished the season with three shots as a defender in the 2-0 loss at South Florida (Aug. 28), 1-0 win against SIUE (Sept. 26), and the 2-2 draw at Oral Roberts (Nov. 2)… Named to the MVC All-Tournament team for his efforts and aggressiveness in the 1-0 loss to Loyola.
2014: Played in all 18 games for the Bears, earning the start in 13 matches...Scored his first-career goal and game-winner in the 1-0 shutout victory over Air Force (Sept. 27)...Finished the season with two total shots, the other being against Oral Roberts (Oct. 7)...Tallied 90 or more minutes in five matches, including a career-high 94 minutes in the SMU Invitational finale against Memphis (Sept. 14)...Named to the MVC All-Freshman team...Recognized as MVC Defensive Player of the Week (Oct. 27) following his game-winner and shutout over Air Force.
2013: Redshirted his first season on campus.
Background: Expected to be a defender at Missouri State ... Was a two-time all-conference pick while playing for Tom Davidson's Ozark High School Tigers ... Earned All-Central Ozark Conference honors and was selected to the all-district team as a junior and a senior ... Was also named as team defensive MVP in 2011 and 2012 ... As a sophomore, helped lead the Tigers to the best record in school history (21-5) and a 6-1 ledger in conference play ... Had plenty of success in the club soccer circuit, picking up two state titles and one regional title with Springfield Soccer Club.
