Keeping Track of the Bears

Missouri State track and field will depart for its final Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championship held Sunday, March 2 and Monday, March 3 at Gately Park in Chicago.
The meet will be shown on ESPN+ with broadcast coverage beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday and 11:15 a.m. on Monday.
MoState will compete in 12 different events during the two-day meet. Nineteen Bears will compete for the opportunity to earn an MVC title.
The Bears will compete in both the 4x400-meter relay and the distance medley relay. At the Arkansas Qualifier, Missouti State shaved three seconds off of their season best time to earn the fourth best 4x400-meter relay time in the Valley (3:46.02).
Despite only competing in the distance medley relay once this season, MoState has maintained the No. 2 time in the MVC at 11:59.52.
The Bears were picked ninth in the pre-championship poll with 60 points.
