GREENWOOD, Ind. – Four Missouri State tennis players have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced Tuesday.

Juliette Robinson and
Mary Houston, this is their second time winning the award in as many years.
Nicole Ross and
Sandra Lukacova are first-time winners.

Robinson ended the 2023-24 season with 15 wins in singles, 15 wins in doubles and an appearance in every competition. The junior was named to the Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete second team. Robinson has maintained a 3.97 GPA while majoring in Finance.

Houston ended the season with 11 wins in singles and 12 wins in doubles. She also appeared in every team event. Houston wraps up her career at Missouri State 30 career singles wins and 38 doubles wins. She was named an MVC Scholar-Athlete honorable mention this season. Houston maintains a 3.84 GPA in English Education.

In her first year as a Bear, Ross had 17 wins in singles with a win-streak of nine in the middle of the dual season. She also recorded 11 wins in doubles. Ross was named to the All-MVC second team for the No. 5 flight. She has a 3.58 GPA in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Lukacova led the team with 18 singles wins in 2023-24. She also recorded 13 wins in doubles. The junior was named to the All-MVC first team for the No. 6 flight and was an MVC Scholar-Athlete honorable mention. Lukacova has a 3.51 GPA while majoring in Marketing Management.

To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District awards, athletes must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.00 scale) and compete in at least 70 percent of the total matches played by the team that include team scores.

Robinson, Ross and Lukacova are CSC Academic All-American finalists and automatically advance to the national ballot for All-American honors. First, second and third team awards will be announced June 4.
