SPRINGFIELD – Missouri State women's tennis head coach Austin Hale has announced the spring portion of the 2025-26 season schedule.
"We're excited for the challenge our spring schedule brings. It's a schedule that will push us and have us playing our best tennis in April. This will be our first spring competing in Conference USA, and with a young group including five freshmen, we're eager to see how quickly we can grow. We're looking forward to a great season and hope to see fans out supporting us at our home matches," stated Hale.
The Bears will start the spring season with four road matches in January. The season opener will be at Oral Roberts on Friday, January 23. The Bears' first home game at Cooper Tennis Complex will be against Bradley on Friday, January 30.
February will feature three home games against South Dakota, Northeastern State and Kansas City. The Bears also have four games on the road against Omaha, Creighton, Lindenwood and Saint Louis.
The Bears hit the road again in March, with four straight road games. They start the month off at Abilene Christian on Friday, March 13. Their inaugural CUSA showdown is at LA Tech on Saturday, March 14. Another CUSA matchup follows at Sam Houston before visiting Houston of the Big 12.
In April the Bears face Western Kentucky on the road on Thursday, April 2. They will finish the regular season by hosting New Mexico State on Saturday, April 11 at Cooper Tennis Complex.
The 2025 CUSA Tournament will be held on April 15-18 in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
