Track and Field Bears Set Out for Full Weekend

Keeping Track of the Bears

The Missouri State track and field team heads out to the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational for its first two-day meet of the season. The Bear will compete starting on Friday at 12:00 p.m. and Saturday starting at 9:30 a.m. Live timing and streaming will be available.
Twenty-three teams will compete in the invitational.
The Bears will be sending 23 athletes to compete across 12 events in two days.
Freshman Bessie Swoboda and junior Kamdyn Moody will compete in the first pentathlon the Bears have faced so far this season.
Last weekend, 20 Bears set new personal records and 15 top-10 finishes for MoState.
Olivia Rogers recorded a first-place finish for the first time in her career as a Bear when the freshman finished the 60-meter dash qualifying road in 7.66 seconds.
Fellow freshman Ella Cronhardt recorded the next highest finish with a third place ending in the mile with a time of 5:03.98.
