Final Results
DICKSON, Tenn. – Missouri State men's golf finished in fourth place after completing its final round at the F&M Bank/Austin Peay Intercollegiate in Dickson, Tenn. The team fired a 289 in round three, finishing with a total of 856 (-8).
Leading the Bears' squad was freshman
Max Kreikemeier, recording 72-66-73 (-5) and tying for fifth. Junior
Crimson Callahan followed one stroke behind at 73-70-69 (-4).
Also competing for the Bears were senior
Lukas McCalla (73-72-74) and junior
Christopher Obert (76-70-73), both tying for 27th. Freshman
Eric Byun had 71-78-78. Freshman
Austin Gillund, competing individually, tallied 72-76-77 (+9).
UT Martin (844) took home the tournament title in the 11-team competition, while host Austin Peay State (847) and Belmont University (851) placed second and third.
The men's golf team will complete its fall schedule at the Little Rock/First Tee Classic on Oct. 19-22 in Little Rock, Ark.
