
Bears Face Loyola in Crucial Valley Road Test

SPRINGFIELD – After completing a two-game homestand to begin Missouri Valley Conference play, the Missouri State women's soccer team encounters its first road test at Loyola on Saturday, Oct. 12.

- Loyola scored three goals apiece in back-to-back Valley contests against Drake and UNI, with all six coming in the second half.
- Megan Nemec and Aleksa Tataryn have been key offensive weapons for Loyola, each tallying five goals apiece. Nemec also adds three assists to her impressive resume, tying for another team-best.
- The Ramblers clinched shutouts in four of their past five matchups and have yet to allow a Valley opponent goal in 2019.
- Loyola leads the series against the Bears, holding the 5-3 advantage and winning four of the last five meetings.
