Missouri State Quick Kicks
- Riding a two-game winning streak into Friday's match, the Bears have scored seven goals in their last two matches. Following its 2-0 victory over Oral Roberts, Missouri State has now outscored its opponents 13-12 this season.
- Seniors Mary Disidore and Rachel Catrell lead the team with three goals apiece while Kayleigh Putnam and Brooke Prondzinski have tallied two.
- Freshman Jordan Eickelman and sophomore Ashley Coonfield joined the Missouri State scoring pool Sunday, Sept. 10, after scoring goals in the Bears' 5-1 victory against SIUE.
- Brooke Zimmerman netted her first goal of the season Tuesday night against Oral Roberts, sinking the game-winner in the fourth minute of the match. Along with her goal, the senior boasts two assists and four points on the season.
- In goal, freshman Kaitlin Maxwell leads the MSU goalkeepers and ranks second in the Valley with 39 saves and a .765 save percentage. The newcomer has produced three shutouts this season to go along with her 4-5-0 record.
- Freshman goalkeeper Lexi Palacio made her collegiate debut Sunday afternoon at SIUE. The newcomer found herself in a one-on-one situation in the 83rd minute and brought in the first save of her career to keep the Cougars from tightening the score.

The Opponents
UMKC
- The Kangaroos come into Friday's contest with a 2-5-1 overall record. UMKC has faced a pair of MSU opponents, falling to both Oral Roberts (2-1) and Nebraska-Omaha (1-0) this season.
- Junior Lexi Howard leads the Kangaroo offense with three goals and eight points. In total, UMKC has netted eight goals this season while its opponents have scored 13.
- Goalkeeper Anna Lillig has seen the most amount of time in the net for the Kangaroos, racking up 25 saves and one shutout in almost 500 minutes on the pitch. Erin Roth follows Lillig with 10 saves and the pair has combined for one shutout.
- The Kangaroos are under the direction of Chris Cissell, who is in his seventh season at UMKC.

Tulsa
- The Golden Hurricanes are off to a slow start this season, boasting a 1-6-1 record. Their lone win came against Utah Valley on Sept. 1, where Tulsa won, 1-0. Â
- Facing stout competition, the Golden Hurricanes have netted just six goals this season. Six student-athletes have put the ball in the net while the Tulsa defense has allowed 22 goals.
- Two of Tulsa's keepers, Rebecca Defer and Courtney McKeon, have spent a good amount of time in goal for the Golden Hurricanes. Defer leads the way with 30 saves while McKeon has 24 stops and a .727 save percentage.
- In the midst of his ninth season with the Golden Hurricanes, head coach Kyle Cussen is just two wins away from his 200th career victory over 19 seasons.

UMKC
Meeting for the first time in 2009, Missouri State holds a 6-1-1 all-time series lead over the Kangaroos. The Bears won the first five meetings between the two teams and have are a perfect 4-0-0 when playing at home. The squads met up last season, where neither team was able to score a goal – resulting in the first tie in the series.

Tulsa
Approaching the 20
th meeting in series history, Tulsa boasts a 12-5-2 series lead against the Bears. Tulsa has won the last six meetings, in which three have gone into overtime. In the most recent meeting between the two teams, Missouri State jumped on the board 22 seconds into the match thanks to a goal from
Brooke Prondzinski. However, Tulsa came charging back to win the game 3-1. Missouri State is 3-4-1 at home against the Golden Hurricanes.

Friday's match against UMKC is scheduled to begin at approximately 7 p.m. and pizza, provided by the Missouri State women's tennis team, will be offered to the first 250 students to arrive at Betty & Bobby Allison South Stadium. Sunday's contest against Tulsa is slated for 1 p.m. Following the game, the team will offer a free, 30-minute kid's clinic (K-8
