KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Earning the first All-Region recognition of her career, Missouri State women's soccer standout Mary Disidore was named a Third Team All-Midwest Region selection by the United Soccer Coaches, Tuesday evening. She is the first All-Region selection for the Bears since Kelsey Fouch in 2014.

A member of the All-Missouri Valley Conference First Team and MVC All-Tournament Team, Disidore was one of the most consistent members of the Bears' squad. She started all of the Bears' 21 matches, earning 10 points and one game-winning goal on the year. During regular-season play, Disidore tallied four goals and two assists over 1,864 minutes. She recorded a career-high two goals and two assists at SIUE on Sept. 10 and was a near-perfect 2-3 in penalty kicks.

Over the course of her career, she accumulated five goals, seven assists, 17 points and a total of 6,378 minutes on the pitch. Disidore was named to the All-MVC her final three seasons at MSU and was an all-freshman and honorable mention team selection in 2014. She also picked up MVC Scholar Athlete nods following the Bears' 2015 and 2017 seasons.

Disidore was one of six members of the Valley to be recognized by the United Soccer Coaches. Rebecca Rodgers of Drake earned second team honors while Ali Smith (Drake), Jenna Szczesny (Loyola), Brynell Yount (UNI) and Cory Griffith (Valparaiso) picked up third-team honors as well.
