SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - For the second time in as many weeks, Missouri State will be forced to delay its first home baseball game of the season, as the Bears' Tuesday (March 3) contest with Oral Roberts has been postponed. No makeup date for Tuesday's game has been finalized.
MSU, which moved its first home series of the season with UCA to Natchitoches, La., this past weekend, is now scheduled to play at Hammons Field for the first time in 2015 on March 17 vs. UALR.
To accommodate the recent schedule changes, both single-game and season tickets for any of the first four home contests are redeemable for any other MSU home game this season, either through the MSU Athletics Box Office at JQH Arena or on game days at Hammons Field. For additional information on exchanging tickets or single-game ticket purchases to any MSU home game, please contact Duane Miller at (417) 836-8899 or the MSU Athletics Box Office at (417) 836-7678.
After taking two of three games from UCA in Louisiana over the weekend, the Bears (6-3) are scheduled to return to action Friday (March 6) when they open play at the Dayton Classic with a 2 p.m. game against host Dayton at Woerner Field.
