The Missouri State track and field squad will look to kick off the New Year with some tough competition at the University of Arkansas. The Bears will now compete in the Arkansas Invitational on Jan. 6, in place of the originally scheduled Bill Easton Classic. Events will take place at the Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Ark.

Missouri State’s competition includes preseason nationally ranked Arkansas (No. 6) and Oklahoma (No. 10). The Bears will also compete against Missouri Southern and Ole Miss. All events are tentatively scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. CT.

Results will be made available on MissouriStateBears.com following the completion of the meet.
