Senior outside hitter Lily Johnson recorded 32 kills in two matches at the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament, including the championship-winning slam versus UNI Saturday evening. Johnson posted 18 kills, 14 digs and .321 hitting percentage against UNI. The Wildwood, Mo. native led the way for MSU against Indiana State on Friday with 14 kills, 13 digs and a pair of aces. Johnson was rewarded with tournament MVP and all-tournament honors. She also claimed MVC Player of the Year and first-team all-MVC accolades for her performance this season.
