This week's Murney Student-Athlete of the Week is Missouri State track and field's Calandra Henry. Henry had a successful outdoor outing on Saturday at the SBU Bearcat Invitational. She was one of three Bears to earn individual event titles helping boost MSU to a second-place team finish out of the field of 21-teams. In the 100-meter dash, Henry shined, racing against a field of 46 others competitors. She qualified for the finals in first place, with ease, racing a time of 11.88. From there, the senior, former MVC Outdoor medalist sprinted to a first-place finish in the 100-meter event finals with a time of 11.71 seconds, less than .01 off her lifetime best (11.62) in the event.
