This week's Murney Student-Athlete of the Week is Missouri State track and field's Calandra Henry. In a script nearly identical to the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships, Henry raced her way to two medals at the outdoor championships on Sunday afternoon, earning second and third place finishes in the 100-meter and 200-meter dash. The senior sprinter started the day off racing in the 100-meter finals, where she raced her way to a runner-up finish and a silver medal with a time of 11.56 seconds, just .06 off her fastest time. Next up for Henry was the 200-meter dash. After qualifying with the fifth-fastest time on Friday, the Clarksville, Tenn., native muscled out a third-place finish in the event, ending with a time of 24.10 seconds and All-MVC honors for her efforts.
